1. Information we collect

Account information

When you register we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Content you submit

To create a video you provide a product or offer URL and choose options such as duration, aspect ratio and creator avatar. We fetch publicly available information from that URL (for example the title, description, images and price) to generate your ad.

Generated content

We store the videos, thumbnails and scripts produced for your account so you can preview, download and manage them.

Usage & device data

We may collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the Service secure and reliable.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service and render your videos
• To manage your account, credits and (where applicable) billing
• To respond to your support requests
• To protect against fraud, abuse and security threats
• To comply with our legal obligations

3. AI generation & third-party processors

Video creation uses automated tools including text-to-speech, image processing and, optionally, third-party AI image providers to generate creator avatars. When such a provider is used, only the data needed to fulfil your request is shared. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and, when enabled, payment processing), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider is bound to use the data only to provide services to us.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated videos and related data are retained until you delete them or close your account. We may retain limited records where required for legal or security reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password hashing and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. International transfers

Innovationz LLC is established in the United States, and our hosting and AI providers process data there. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — we put one in place with the provider concerned.
